Race Notes: Support the YMCA Open DoorsScholarship fund. Our Tri is specially designed to allow novices to succeed and to challenge the most experienced triathlete. Swim 400 yards in pool. *Bike 15 miles in quiet suburbs. Run 4.2 miles. Race starts promptly at 7am. Participants are seeded in heats of 12 slowest to fastest. Heats start every 15 minutes. Heat sheets will be available on Saturday May 5 by 2pm. Participants are encouraged to pick up bib numbers on Saturday May 5th between 2-6pm.Mandatory pre race meeting for all first time participants at 6:45am on race day.
